Shipping policy
We are currently only holding Pre-Sale events. In these events, after we have collected orders for a short period, we batch products and send orders when all of the products required are ready.
While we strive to meet all our shipping commitments, occasionally, delays can occur if our raw material suppliers face unexpected issues. If you want an update on the status of your order at any time, please get in contact with use and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
We understand that waiting for your favorite products can be inconvenient, and we pledge to keep the lines of communication open. You will receive a notification when your products are dispatched. In the meantime, or for updates at any stage of the process, we welcome you to reach out to us. We are readily accessible via phone or email to provide you with the assistance and information you need.
Items are shipped with tracking and tracking information will be sent with your shipping notification. If you would like your tracking information, and for any reason did not receive the shipped notification, please email or text us and we will reply with your tracking information. We don't offer shipping insurance as we will automatically replace any items lost in transit. To qualify as lost in transit, we contact Australia Post or the courier we used and they will do an investigation. When they result in the goods being lost, we will reship the items.
To Australian customers, we offer Auspost regular and express post. Regular post is a fixed rate of $9.95 for all orders. Large bulky orders will sometimes be sent via courier to ensure they are delivered to you safely in a timely manner.
International postage is charged out at cost.
