Zucchini Fritters

2-3 zucchini, grated 

1 onion, sliced 

2 cloves of garlic, minced

1/2 cup nutritional yeast 

1/4 cup flax egg 

1/2 cup Pure Delight Hemp Seeds 

1/2 cup flour 

salt and pepper 



Saute onions and garlic until browned. Make sure to squeeze out as much liquid from the zucchini so the mixture isn't too wet. In a mixing bowl add all you ingredients and stir until combined, you may need more flour to bind it all together. 

Add 1 tablespoon of oil to a fry pan and scoop 1/4 cup of batter into the hot pan. Flip when browned.
