Hempy Granola (Vegan Friendly)

Ingredients

1 cup hemp meal
3 cups oats
1/2 cup dried apricots 
1/2 cup pitted dates
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/3 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon orange zest 
1/4 cup coconut sugar (optional) 
1/4 cup coconut oil 
1 tbs vanilla essence 

Method 

Preheat oven to 180c degrees. 
Chop almonds apricots and dates into small pieces. Mix all of the dry ingredients together in a bowl.  

Then pour coconut oil, vanilla essence orange juice into the dry ingredients. 
Mix until everything is evenly combined.  Then spread out thinly over a pan with baking paper (Or an oiled pan). 

Bake for 20 minutes or until mixture turns golden.  

Pop it into a container once cooled and there you go.  A quick, healthy and delicious breakfast.

This is best served with cold coconut cream.
