Simple, delicious, nutty, crunchy and chocolatey. They will surely be a hit.
1 1/2 cup of peanut butter
1/2 cup of hulled hemp seeds
1/3 cup maple syrup or sticky sweetener of choice
3 cups of rice bubbles
1 tbs vanilla essence
1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 tbs peanut butter
Mix peanut butter, vanilla and maple syrup together until smooth.
Next mix in your hulled hemp seeds a rice bubbles. Then press down your mixture into a tin lined with baking paper and pop into the freezer.
For your chocolate topping you can melt some vegan chocolate chips or conventional chocolate chips and mix with one tbs of peanut butter.
Pull your bars out of the freezer and pour chocolate on top.
Then back in the freezer for around 25 min then pull out and slice it up.

Make sure to store them in the freezer for later if they even last that long.
