I have the perfect healthy chocolate spread to start your weekend off right. Packed full of nutrients and super easy to make.
1 cup hulled hemp seeds
1/4 cup of your milk of choice. (I used hemp and oat milk)
2 tbs maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tbs cacao powder
Blend all ingredients together with a stick blender. Blend until mixture is smooth and creamy. If you find it gets too thin or thick, either add more hemp seeds or more milk.
It's perfect on pancakes or a tasty smoothie bowl.
