Hemp Seed Granola with Coconut, Cranberry and Almond

Ingredients 

2 cups whole oats

1/2 cup Pure Delight Hemp Seeds 

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1/4 cup maple syrup 

1 tablespoon cinnamon 

1 tablespoon nutmeg 

1 cup flaked almonds 

1/2 cup shredded coconut 

1/2 cup chopped cranberries 

Method

Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking tray. Then in a mixing bowl add your oats, hemp seeds, spices, oil and maple syrup. Stir until combined and spread evenly onto your lined baking tray. Bake for 10 minutes, take out to add your almonds and stir, then bake for another 10 (or until golden brown). 

Once out of the oven, mix in your coconut and cranberries then let cool for 20-30 minutes before transferring into an air-tight container. I served mine with fresh fruit, hemp seeds and oat milk but granola can be used for a range of things such as a smoothie bowl topping, sprinkled on yoghurt or just eaten plain as a snack.
